Oldphoneworks and House of Telephones normally ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Parts orders received before 9am on a Tuesday or Friday will generally go out the same day. Orders for complete refurbished telephones will generally take at least one week to process through our workshops, and they will then ship on the next available shipping day following completion of our refurbishing process. Non-standard bulk cordage (colours) and Pin terminated receiver cords may also take a week to prepare prior to shipment. Indicated shipping rates specified are valid within the continental US and Canada.

Oldphoneworks and House of Telephones has no minimum order level.

We accept cash, credit cards, Paypal and International Money Orders.
We regret that we are unable to accept personal or business cheques.

Shipping times vary greatly.
The base shipping rates specified covers shipment to the US and Canada. Additional shipping charges will be added on checkout based on the weight of the shipment, your delivery method and final destination. Please create a full profile in order to see your actual shipping charge.
Once a product has been shipped we have no control over transit times, and our visibility to tracking information is based solely on the tracking number that we will provide you when we ship. (we have no other ability to track a package once it leaves our facility)
We will not falsify invoices to allow for lower import charges.
The 8-10 business day window applies ONLY to North America
Phones vary in their weight. Your particular phone may require additional funds to ship depending on weight. You will be notified if additional funds are required. An option to decline and cancel the order with no penalty will also be available at that time
To USA and Canada
We are now shipping with FedEx or the Post Office
Please note that shipments to the US need to clear customs and they generally take 8-10 business days to arrive from the time we ship.
Once a product has been shipped we have no control over transit times. The post office will not generally consider a package to be "lost" until it is overdue by at least 30 days.
Even if delivery takes beyond delivery expectation set by the Post Office, you can rest assured that 99.9% of packages do eventually arrive.
For packages that are lost (as determined by the Courier), or damaged, we do offer full replacement value insurance on all shipments.
